Congratulations to Chef Toshi Furihata of MoshiMoshi's in South Beach Miami for winning the Miami region SushiMasters Competition!  MoshiMoshi's Master Toshi beat out some very tough competition from Chef Asano of Abokado Miami, Chef Kamoika of Tokyo Sushi Miami, and Chef Espartero of Sushi Bistro in Ocala. As you can see from these pictures, these Chefs are real masters of making both American-style rolls and traditional sushi. On September 20th, 2009 winners of Miami, Washington D.C., San Diego, and Los Angeles regions will all participate in the Grand Finale Competition in Los Angeles.  Doesn't this sushi look delicious!
